Today's Happy Hour Soundtrack...

... began like this:

That selection was a fall-out from our post on The Internet in Book Form, specifically the Molly Bloom reference we cited.  And then we followed up by defining a Kate Bush station on Pandora.  Yes.  Ooh...yes.  We loves us some Kate, we do.  The cool thing about Pandora's genre stations is the other chirps we get to hear.  Not to mention Peter Gabriel...

 

Yep... it's all good.  Most definitely.

So.  Yet another indoor Happy Hour due to the weather, which is sub-optimal for our purposes but not nearly as bad as that my countrymen are suffering under on the Right Coast.  I feel for Occasional Reader Kath who is trapped in the nexus of White Doom.  SN2, as well, seeing as how Pennsylvania is also getting its ass kicked.  This is pretty danged ugly.

But, that said... the blog is All About Me.  Our beer today is 2 Below and our cigar... probably the first of two... is an Acid Kuba Kuba.  We find our cigar consumption going up of late for some strange reason.  Prolly coz our humidor is FAT with product.  We like that, Gentle Reader... oh yes, we DO.

This is probably the classic "you hadda be there" moment and I'm thinking specifically England in 1980, cruising down the A40 from High Wycombe into London for one of many memorable nights on the town.  It's rarely been better than that in the time since, Gentle Reader.  Our salad days... and Kate brings 'em home.
